General Terms and Service Regulations
1. Nature of the service: Terapéutica offers psychological care services with a positive mental health focus. The care provided does not replace medical or psychiatric care under any circumstances.
2. Start of service: To begin the therapeutic process, it is essential to complete the clinical history and sign the Informed Consent, Privacy Notice, and Confidentiality Notice.
3. Therapist assignment: Terapéutica will assign a therapist considering the client's needs. The client may request a change only through coordination.
4. Session modality: Sessions will be conducted exclusively in online modality (video call). The client is responsible for having a private space and stable connection.
5. Duration and punctuality: Individual (50 min), Group (55 min), Counseling (30 min). Sessions will start and end at the established time.
6. Cancellations and rescheduling: Must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so or no-shows will result in the full session fee.
7. Payments: The session fee must be covered at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the slot will be released.
8. Confidentiality: All shared information will be treated confidentially, subject to legal exceptions.
9. Service scope and limits: The service is not designed for psychological emergencies nor replaces psychiatric or pharmacological care.
10. Client responsibilities: Participate actively, provide truthful information, and respect established schedules.
11. Client and therapist wellbeing: We prioritize the wellbeing of both parties, allowing reassignments if necessary.
12. Professional relationship: The relationship between therapist and client is strictly professional.
13. Communication: Communication outside sessions will be solely for administrative and logistical matters.
14. Service termination: By client decision, therapist recommendation, breach of conditions, or after 3 no-shows.
15. Acceptance of conditions: By starting the service, the client declares they have accepted these conditions.
