Confidentiality Notice

Confidentiality is a fundamental principle in the therapeutic process.

1. Scope of confidentiality: All information shared during sessions will be strictly confidential and used only for therapeutic purposes.

2. Exceptions to confidentiality: Confidentiality may be limited in the following cases: Risk of harm to the client, Risk of harm to others, Situations of abuse or violence, Legal requirement by a competent authority. In these cases, the therapist may take necessary actions to protect the safety of the client or others.

3. Information management: Information will be kept in clinical records under secure conditions and with restricted access.

4. Online sessions: The client acknowledges that sessions are conducted online and commits to seeking a private space to protect their own confidentiality.

5. Professional relationship: Information shared may not be used outside the therapeutic context, and the relationship between therapist and client remains strictly professional.

6. Acceptance: I declare that I have read and understood the scope and limits of confidentiality within the therapeutic process.
